Tech Tip: Format Comments in Google Docs

If you use Comments in Google Docs for feedback or discussions, you may want to add a little emphasis every so often.  

With some simple hacks, you can add bold, italics, and strikethrough text into comments.

• Surround text with *asterisks to add bold* text.
• Put _underscores around text you want italicized_.
• Use -dashes- to give text a -strikethrough.-
